About The Program
Communication is crucial to an organization’s functioning. Personal effectiveness is demonstrated through the effectiveness in communication and through understanding the dynamics of communication. Though some employees learn the finer aspects of communication overtime through trial and error, most remain ignorant. This affects the overall effectiveness of the organization and reduces conflict. The one day workshop is oriented to getting the employees to learn and practice the various principles, techniques and rules that will make their communication effective.

4. Working and communicating effectively in a team (1hrs) | Crucial communication skills to handle situations and people when working in team | Role play and demonstration |
5. Situation based communication and role based communication (1 hr) | The rules for communication based on role and situation | Examples and discussion |
6. Handling difficult people and emotionally charged situations (1 hr) | Handling challenges posed by personality types and handling them effectively whether it be a manager, client or fellow worker. | Role plays |

- Workbook softcopy will be provided for the program.
- Participants not to exceed 10 per batch
- Training customized for different departments based on the roles and types of interactions.
- Content developed is for the exclusive use of the program and will not be shared with the company. In case content needs to be handed over for internal use, the cost of development will be charged extra.
